In 2013, HCSC experienced a record-breaking year with employees dedicating more volunteer time to their communities than ever before. Employee participation increased significantly compared to 2012, with employees spending 46 percent more time impacting their communities through volunteerism.

In addition to nonprofit partners benefiting from our employees’ time, they also receive financial benefits tied to our volunteering. Through our Blue Corps℠ Employee Volunteer Program, we provide matching dollars for employee volunteer hours.
